We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns
Eligibility:
You may return any unused and unopened non-custom items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items:
Please note that custom-made or personalised products (including but not limited to custom tumblers, snow globe cups, apparel, keychains, and accessories) cannot be returned or refunded, as they are made to order.
Condition:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at shantarawebb@gmail.com with your order number and details. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
Refunds
Processing Time:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund total.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your card provider, as posting times can vary.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (excluding damage caused during transit).
If you need to exchange a defective item, please contact shantarawebb@gmail.com and we’ll guide you through the process.
Items Damaged During Transit
Once your order has left our hands and is in the care of Australia Post, any damage or loss during transit becomes their responsibility.
If your item arrives damaged, please lodge a claim directly with Australia Post.
We do not provide refunds or replacements for items damaged in transit.
Consumer Guarantees
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If you believe a product purchased from us is damaged, faulty, unsafe, or not as described, please contact us within a reasonable time after purchase.
If a minor issue occurs, we may repair or replace the product. If the product has a major failure, you may choose between a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Please Note:
- Items damaged from misuse, wear and tear, or improper care are not considered faulty.
- If an item is replaced, the new item becomes your property, and the returned product becomes ours.
- Items marked as seconds, sale, or sample items cannot be returned due to the known imperfections listed at purchase.
